For our final remixes digipak draft we showcases our product to our target audience to record there opinions on it, this way we can make a product that appeals to the target audience. And we've made two final digipaks so that we can show a variety of editing skills, that's why one final digipak is remixes instead of the normal tracks.
Front
Front:
For the front we've designed it so that it relates to one of our mag ads well and therefore forming a link between the two, also it's unique and stands out from most. It also has a british theme to it which links well with the artist as Faithless are a british band, and our audience noticed this and agreed that it worked effectively with the the mag ads.
Rear:
Rear
similarly for the rear side of this digipak we designed it so it flows with the front as well as linking to the same mag ad. Although it doesn't follow the common conventions of the stereotypical rear side digipak, this is because the track listing is scattered around to match the background tube station map, which is just as unique as the front side, and our audience thought this was a selling point for our digipak as it intrigues out audience in to purchasing the product.

Inside Panels:
Inside left
As for the insides of this digipak they're the same as the other digipak we produced so we recieved the same feedback
Centre pannel
Centre Panel:
Then for the centre panel all that had changed is the background colour so that it would flow with the rear and front side of the digipak, this way it would follow the stereotypical conventions and our audience were appealed by this.
Conclusion: From the feedback we received we think that this draft is strong enough to not have to be changed as it effectively works with the product as a whole. Evidence Feedback:
With our digipak draft 3 we once again revealed it to out target audience to receive their opinions and get positive constructive feedback, in which we gained so we can now go on to making improvements so that our final draft will appeal effectively to our target audience.
Front & Rear Side
Front Side:
For the front side of our digipak the only feature we had to improve was the sticker as it didn't worked appropriately. Therefore we changed the wording which our audience felt worked more effectively in selling the digipak as it focussed on the bonus dvd more.
Rear Side: As for the rear side out audience didn't think that the twitter link worked well with the conventions of a digipak so we'll change this, and they also thought that the track listing could be altered so that it was more equal.
For the feedback on our digipak draft 2 we printed out and showed our target audience what we'd produced and questioned them on what they thought worked well or what didn't. This way we can receive constructive feedback in which we can go on to make improvements so that our digipak works for out target audience.
Front:
The feedback we received from our front cover was mostly positive as they much preferred the font on this than our old draft, also the image works well because it leaves space for the titles to work, they also like that the titles were in different font sizes signifying the importance of each over the other, for example the 'FAITHLESS' is larger than the 'THE DANCE GOES ON' as the artist is the importance. However they thought that the wording on the stick could be phrased better because it needs to be focussed on the exclusive DVD more than the track listing, therefore for our final draft this is what we'll have to change for our front cover on the digipak.
Rear:
We received similar feedback for the rear as they much preferred this draft to the previous, one of the main reasons is that it makes more sense and flows with the front cover well, and they thought that the font work well with the overall piece also and you can tell that we took the font into consideration as we researched and downloaded this particular font (Nevis). However the small print text at the bottom could be worded better as it doesn't quite follow the conventions of a digipak yet, and the twitter logo on the lower right also doesn't follow the conventions therefore we'll have to change these two aspects so that our digipak follows the common conventions.
Inside Right: For the inside cover we stuck with the idea of having a grid of different images of the chair as it worked well and achieved the abstract feel to it which is what we wanted, although from our feedback previously we've added more variety of shots and colour contrasts to make it more interesting.
Inside Left: Similar to the previous side we've decided to stick with the grid method here also as it contrasts well with the opposite side, although we've repeated the same images to make it look different to the other and to add this uniqueness to our digipak.
Centre Panel:
As for the centre panel we've received positive feedback from across the board as it follows all the conventions of a digipak and adds to the continuity of the front and back sides of the digipak, which is an excellent contribution to the overall product.
For feedback we showed our digipak design to our target audience and noted down any improvements that could be made from the negatives and positives of our digipak draft.
Inside Feedback:
Inside
From this feedback we found that the inside of our digipak isn't as appealing towards our target audience as we initially thought, this is because they felt that it needed more variety in the images shown in the grid design instead of repeating the same image, also they thought that it could have had more variety in the colours used also. Therefore we'll have to shoot more pictures of our character in the chair so that we can use a variety of images so it's more appealing to our target audience, but also change the colours so that they're more interesting.
Front Cover Feedback:
Front
Then for the front cover they didn't think it worked at all and want improvements to everything. Although there was layering they didn't think it was effective as it was too random, and the text font just looked random and didn't seem to fit any of the conventions of the artist or the genre along with the image used. Therefore we'll have to rethink the layering aspect and change the image to be more effective and relevant to the artist, and with the font more research into the artist is need for it to be effective, this could mean downloading a font that is similar to that used by Faithless.
Rear Cover Feedback:
We had similar feedback for the rear side of our digipak draft as our target audience again didn't think the image had good relevance or significance and the effect that is on this image was unpopular, also they weren't appealed by the yellow font so again the font needs further research and so does the image that will be used here.
